Vision committees

All ReThink Rewards employees have the opportunity to spend 20 percent of their time at work on a Vision Committee of their choice. Each Vision Committee term is six months in length.

The current ReThink Rewards Vision Committees are:

  • Search Engine Domination (SED)
  • Culturing Up The Office (CUTO)
  • Life
  • Viral Kudos
  • Continuous Improvement

The Search Engine Domination (SED) committee is concerned with owning the organic and paid search results on North America's favourite search engines (Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft's Live Search). We know that many of our SME clients will use search engines to not only learn about rewards and recognition, but also to find the world's best employee rewards and recognition system (that's ours ?). Using a super-smart team and a variety of techniques to optimize our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts, we will not rest until our targeted results dominate the first page.

The Life committee's purpose is to contribute to the personal growth and development of ReThink Rewards employees. The three main areas of focus include: Self Improvement, Health Improvement and Wealth Improvement. Example initiatives include a ReThink Rewards running team, a ReThink Rewards Health challenge, public speaking training, a virtual stock exchange challenge and a book club.

Continuous Improvement is dedicated to improving identified company processes by streamlining, refining and changing them to better suit our organization's current needs. We will provide employees with a forum in which their identified projects can be nurtured and supported, and implement long-lasting solutions to employee pains. Our committee will work directly with a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure there are no roadblocks to hinder our progress.

CUTO. An acronym for Culture Up The Office. The ReThink Rewards head off the InCenter is moving in June. CUTO has assumed the responsibility of making sure that our new 15,000 square foot office space will live and breath the culture of ReThink Rewards. Everything from space planning to picking out signage and furniture is in the realm of this ambitious and determined committee.

Viral Kudos will work to promote the power of recognition to individuals in our target markets, using viral marketing and a free recognition tool that generates buzz & leads for ReThink Rewards.
