The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) was developed to provide strategic guidance, coaching and mentorship to I Love Rewards and the next level of leaders in the company. The SLT's major accomplishments include; securing operational funding, redefining the sales process, accessing best industry practices and developing strategic options that are economically feasible.

	Razor Suleman
	Razor Suleman, 33, is the founder and CEO of I Love Rewards Inc. A serial entrepreneur, Razor started his first business at the age of 15. Following his passions for business and sports, Razor began importing and selling hockey cards between Canada and the United States. 	Jamie Danziger B.A., LL.B., Senior Vice-President, Operations
	James started his professional career practising business law with a client base consisting primarily of small and medium- sized businesses. James left the private practice of law in 1996 to pursue an operations management opportunity with a privately-held Canadian software company. James joined the I Love Rewards team in 2004 and is responsible for the overall operation of I Love Rewards, utilizing his broad base of management and legal experience to manage the company's direction and progress. James has been a key player in managing the growth of I Love Rewards. He has been integral to the process of identifying and bringing to the forefront I Love Rewards' number one asset: their people.

	David Brennan C.A., Chief Financial Officer
	David brings more than 20 years of financial and operations experience to his role at I Love Rewards Inc.. He has held senior management positions with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), AT&T Capital (acquired by Newcourt Capital), Bank of Montreal, PixStream Incorporated (acquired by Cisco Systems), and most recently as CFO at ALT Software Inc.. Over his career, David has been directly involved in raising private capital, numerous acquisitions and corporate integrations, asset divestitures, and the strategic positioning of both large and small corporations. David holds a bachelor of business administration degree (honors) from the University of Prince Edward Island.

	Farhan Thawar Director of Development and Chief Software Architect
	Farhan is the Director of Development and Chief Software Architect at I Love Rewards Inc, where he oversees the design and development of online points based programs for over 50 clients and 65,000 members. Previously to I Love Rewards, Farhan was the Product Manager for Live Search at Microsoft, as well as the Platform Manager for all of MSN Canada. In 2007 he completed his MBA at the Rotman School of Management, and prior to that, he graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Before Microsoft, Farhan was infatuated with solution design at Celestica Inc. as a software architect. And just out of school in the late 90's, Farhan moved south to Austin, Texas to work with Trilogy Software, noted for its all-star teams and its extreme management philosophies. He juggled various roles there from technical pre-sales and consulting, to leading a development team at an infamous dot-com company.
